1) Original paintings in stock will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
2) Original painting prices include UK mainland delivery by Insured, signed-for Royal Mail service. Estimated delivery within 5 working days from point of order confirmation. Courier delivery available at additional cost, please request a quotation.
3) International shipping by courier service available. Please request a quote before placing an order.
4) Original paintings can be sent rolled or stretched. Rolled canvases will be sent in a heavy duty art tube with stretcher bars (any framer can easily and quickly assemble and stretch for hanging). Stretched canvases will be sent in a large box, ready to hang.)
5) Purchases are confirmed upon receipt of payment, orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be re-funded within 7 days less 25% re-stocking charge. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
6) Any damage must be notified immediately upon receipt.
7) Painting returns only accepted due to damage caused during carriage. Please notify Nick Oneill Art upon receipt of any damage. Items should be returned within 7 working days. Return postage cost will be re-funded to purchaser.
8) Original painting exchanges within 7 days of receipt will be considered at the discretion of Nick Oneill Art subject to purchaser paying return and re-shipping charges.
9) Clothing returns only accepted due to material defect. Please notify Nick Oneill Art upon receipt of any defects. Items should be returned in an un-worn condition within 5 working days. Return postage cost will be re-funded to purchaser.
10) In the event of incorrect size being ordered for t-shirts they may be exchanged subject to availability and being returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Return postage and re-mailing cost to be paid by purchaser.
11) International postage service available for merchandise, please request a price before placing an order.
12) If applicable, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser (these vary according to destination country).
